AceProject app now includes manual time entry
AceProject have updated their mobile app to include a new feature around time tracking. Users can now enter the time they spend working on a project with a tap, instead of having to use the time clock function to record time. This brings the app more in line with time entry in the main AceProject cloud app, as well as other apps that feature similar tools. Once the time has been entered, it cannot be edited, but AceProject have indicated that the timesheet function will undergo a revamp in the long run, so the functionality may change.
Zoho Recruit features new integration with Jobaline
Zoho have announced a new integration for Zoho Recruit – Jobaline’s pay per pick job board. Jobaline allows users to post their vacancies on the Jobaline job boards and only pay for qualified candidates. The integration allows for a complete recruiting process, from posting jobs through to the interview stage. Jobaline stores and organises any applications and the selected candidates are loaded directly into Zoho Recruit, saving on data entry time.
Microsoft Lync 2010 now available in SherWeb
SherWeb Hosted Lync 2010 has now been launched. Microsoft Lync 2010 is considered the successor to Office Communicator 2007 and brings a more powerful and intuitive communications platform to SherWeb. The communication software provides a number of useful tools, including real-time monitoring of colleague activity, conferencing, instant file sharing and saving during conversations, audio calls, video calls and compatibility with a mobile app. The SharWeb software is available for download now.
