Zoho Projects 4.0 now integrates with Dropbox
Zoho have announced a new integration option for their Zoho Projects 4.0 cloud-based project management software: the latest in an endless stream of updates. Dropbox, the popular cloud storage service, can now be integrated into Zoho Projects. You can create a new folder in Dropbox and then synchronise it with another folder in Zoho Projects. This makes it easier to share files and avoid laborious tasks of manually uploading files into multiple locations. The integration is available for paid up Enterprise and Premium Zoho Projects customers. This functionality has been available in other applications, such as Teamwork, for a while; the sudden adoption may not be a co-incidence in a week when Google Drive has hit the headlines.
RightSignature announce integration with Solve360
RightSignature have announced yet another new integration, this time with Solve360. Solve360 is a cloud based CRM solution which boasts seamless coordination between CRM, project management and calendar workflow. It’s also integrated with Google Apps which is bound to appeal to most offices already working in the cloud. The integration automatically searches Solve360, and it then tries to match contacts between RightSignature and Solve360.
New FreshBooks add-on – Receipt Bank
FreshBooks now includes a new add-on, Receipt Bank. Receipt Bank manually organise and import receipts relating to expenses and purchases and import them in to FreshBooks, saving time for FreshBooks users. Receipts can either be gathered up and sent via Freepost to Receipt Bank, or users can scan or photograph the receipts and email them. This integration is primarily designed to be a time-saver for small businesses who don’t have a bookkeeper to help them out.
