Ace Project iPhone app update
The AceProject iPhone app has been updated with a new feature. Users who access Ace Project via an iPhone can now upload pictures from the iPhone library as task documents. From within the app, simply tap Add Picture in the top right of the screen and launch the iPhone camera. At present, the app only stores a quarter of the photo size, but more resolution options are being developed. The update to the app is downloadable from the Apple App Store now.
New FreshBooks feature allows you to attach receipts to invoices
FreshBooks has been updated to allow users to attach images of receipts to customer invoices. For users who bill their clients for expenses, the option is a useful tool for collating all the invoice data into one document for the customer to review. Users can take a photo of their receipts, and when they access FreshBooks, they can upload it as an expense in their accounts. Then, when creating an invoice, users have the option of including the expense receipts and bundling them together.
RightSignature announce integration with Google Drive
RightSignature have announced an integration with the all new Google Drive cloud storage service announced just last week. Google Drive allows users to keep all of their documents in one place, the integration provides a complete cloud workflow for getting those documents signed with a paperless, yet ‘real’, signature.
Users can access their documents on Google Drive from within the RightSignature software. After selecting a document, they can now send it to clients through RightSignature. When the client signs and returns the document, RightSignature automatically saves the copy back in Google Drive. This is the first Google Drive integration we’ve seen, but there are undoubtedly more to come.
