Zoho Support introduce new automation feature
Zoho Support have added a powerful new automation feature to their cloud based helpdesk software. The simple ‘Request Assignment Rules’ feature allows users to automate the allocation of a ticket to the appropriate department and to the appropriate person. Professional and Enterprise users now have permissions to create rules that suit their workflow and users.
RightSignature announce integration with BambooHR
RightSignature have announced a new integration with BambooHR, an all-in-one human resources system. The BambooHR software allows users to track employee contact information and job details, training and benefits, compensation, holiday time and sick leave in a simple and user-friendly interface.
The integration with RightSignature also allows users to request employee signatures for HR forms, storing them in the employee’s folder. Signature requests can also be monitored to ensure that the documents have been completed, allowing for effective and effortless employee record keeping.

iComplete introduce new Task Management features
The iComplete development team have introduced a number of new features in the task management section of their cloud based CRM software. The first feature allows a time slot to be added to a task. Tasks can now also be added to the calendar and contacts can be attached to each one. At the same time, the email task reminder function has been updated to display more information.
