Zoho Support enables social media integration
Zoho have announced that integration with Facebook and Twitter has now been enabled for Zoho Support. This opens up new lines of communication with customers who are increasingly using social media to resolve their problems, and it brings Zoho Support in line with some of the most expensive support applications on the SaaS market.
The integration allows you to design and build support channels specifically for tweets and Facebook comments, and use keywords to help identify queries and automatically assign them to the correct agent. You can also set a ‘trouble sensing filter’ which monitors twitter and alerts you when your company starts trending – perhaps for the wrong reasons – giving you time to act.
