LucidChart New Feature Gifts
In the spirit of the Holidays, LucidChart has released some nifty new features that will make your charting and diagram experience even more enjoyable.
A more professional look is now only a click away. With the new Drop Shadow Option you can now simply choose which object deserves some flair and toggle the drop shadow button on the properties bar to your liking.
Ever accidentally hit the mouse and changed something in the document. You can now eliminate those situations by making use of Object Lock, a new feature that prevents any changes to that object whilst it is locked.
Find that elusive text that is hidden somewhere in your large diagram with the click of a button. By selecting ‘Search’ from your dropdown menu, you can now enter the text you are looking for and easily find and/or replace it.
There you go, three new features that are sure to make life a lot easier with LucidChart.
AceProject Mobile Updated
After a little idling, AceProject has announced that they have rolled out 4 improvements to their Mobile Version.
1. You can now first start the Time Clock from the dashboard, which will then allow you to choose the task or project you are working on.
2. You can view recent project from the dropdown menu during the clock in process.
3. Recent tasks are also viewable during the clock in process with recently clocked on and/or edited task showing in the dropdown menu.
4. They have separated My Assigned Tasks and My Tasks to Review on the dashboard.

Zoho Support Updated
A year after their launch, Zoho Support has taken in consideration both positive and negative feedback they received from their users, and designed a compact and clean user interface that was recently released.
Apart from now having a monochrome look, they have also reorganized the set-up menu by having main options that comprise of sub-options. Effective and looking very smart, I must say. This simplifies the access to the various set-up options and you can easily switch between options by using the sidebar.
Another new feature is the ability to associate SLAs directly with accounts, no need to first associate them with contracts and support plans anymore. This new process also simplifies the setting up of workflows and notifications.

Electronic Signature are completely killing the Paper Era
I just read about the huge losses the U.S. Postal Service has suffered as result of Electronic Signature. RightSignature’s Blog revealed that the decreasing amount of documents that need to be sent has shrunk USPS operations so much that first-class mail will now take several days longer to reach their destinations.
Companies have been sending bills and other information via the web for quite some time now, but have still needed the postal service to acquire signatures on documents. As more and more companies adopt the cost-effective and environment friendly online facilities, the need for a postal service will probably be eliminated completely.
All indications are that the Post Office will soon become antiquated and according to Noozhawk, RightSignature is a major contributor to the dramatic decline in the volume of mail, leading the way for a paperless revolution.
